Universal Memorial Park (万国メモリアル公園; bankoku memoriaru kouen) is a location in Tomica Hyper Rescue: Drive Head.

It is a park where a world's fair was held. It is the site of The Akashic Tower.
In episode 11, Dr. Karigari covers the entire park in fog. He orders that the Drive Heads come there.
